Professional Journey
Jennifer began her career in nursing, where she quickly advanced into leadership roles that included managing clinical teams, overseeing patient safety initiatives, and ensuring compliance with state, federal, and Joint Commission standards. As a Director and Administrator, she gained extensive experience in hospital operations, program development, and regulatory oversight.
Her passion for detail and her ability to analyze complex medical records naturally led her into Legal Nurse Consulting, where she has spent the last two decades working with attorneys and insurance carriers across the U.S. Jennifer has provided expert witness testimony, developed life care plans, conducted medical record reviews, and offered professional opinions in cases ranging from medical malpractice to wrongful death.
